So I received a mail on 1st may 2023 that I got a reward i.e., Google maps pin badge from the Google maps. I clicked the redeem option and added the address but it’s been 10 months but I didn’t receive the reward yet.

I would suggest seeing if you have tracking information. If yes, track through the carrier and contact. If no, or unsatisfied with carrier locate a help link in the email (only do this with sender’s you know and trust!) Or thru contact us links on the local maps help page.
On the personal side, I remember it took an extreme length of time. I’m thinking it was a year if I remember correctly. I’m not finding that rewards page currently (I’m thinking the only access is through the rewards emails they sent us) so I’m sorry it’s a little vague.

It’s been 1 year and I haven’t got mine delivered. Whom to complaint against this . I also reordered but it haven’t any update from india post , I only got the email from dusche post 
when it says shipped .
