Question on the one minute application video - Connect live event

i want to ask about submit video for connect live event 2019. do we can submit the video making of one minute with background music or it should be without music .

There should be no background music .If you are recording in house close all widows ,so no external sound should interfere with your recording.

It would be better when there is no Background music. Because otherwise it will distract your viewer and what you are saying may not clearly reach the audience.
