Quarantine times: FOOD

I tried making these super tasty super crunchy kachori’s :heart_eyes: . Believe me, i didn’t expected but they were so amazing :star_struck::star_struck:.

I made kachori for the first time. Though, It was time consuming to make it , but it was worth it when i tasted it. These are khasta pyaz ki kachori (crunchy onion kachori) with stuffing of onions, some potato,ginger and lots of species and condiments and ofcourse my hardwork and patience. The toughest thing during the preparation was to roll the dough (made of oil and refined wheat flour) in fine thin slices. These kachori’s are the speciality of jodhpur (rajasthan).
