Quarantine food

Nowadays the virus has spread so fast & uncontrolled. The people who are infected are not really feel anything for the first time, just by the time the virus growing into our body then damage our immune system.

That’s why people should keep eating healthy and clean everyday, the selection of food should be full of proteins to keep the stamina, full of vitamins to keep immune system working properly. This is one of the menu that keep the body fit every time

The dish called Mediterranean Chicken with tomato soup. The soup is full of vitamins that keep our immune system which cook for half an hour to make the tomato release the juice and make the chicken full of flavor. The chicken itself marinated with salt and pepper for 30 minutes before cooking. After that make salad for garnish and plating to make prettier looks. The vegetables contains of fiber that make our body keep full.
