Litti is a wheat flour ball filled with sattu (roasted gram powder) and delicious spices and cooked on fire. Litti is eaten with roasted tomato chutney, roasted potatoes and roasted brinjal bharta. And if you want, you can cook it in the oven (Tandoor) or even by boiling it. This is a very famous food among the Bhojpuri speaking people of Uttar Pradesh in Bharat, Gorakhpur, Deoria, Kushinagar, Maharajganj of Eastern Uttar Pradesh and some areas of Bihar. During winters, people here have Liti Chokha party. I ordered it online from a local hotel
