¡Pura Vida! Costa Rica Lifestyle

I was recently in Costa Rica. Costa Rica is a country in Central America, bordered by Nicaragua to the north, the Caribbean Sea to the northeast, Panama to the southeast. Costa Rica is a beautiful country.
I traveled to many places in this country. I rented a house near a small town of Nosara. Nosara is a small town on the Pacific coast in the province of Guanacaste, surrounded by beaches and unspoilt nature. Locals are very welcoming, always smiling and willing to help.

Nosara’s white sand beaches are protected by the national park system, so they remain pristine in spite of their immense popularity. There are a total of four main beaches in the area: Playa Nosara, Playa Garza, Playa Guiones, and Playa Pelada. They each have their charms, although Playa Nosara and Playa Guiones have the best surfing.

The beach of Ostional
In rainy season, the week before new moon, hundreds and sometimes hundreds of thousand sea turtles come to one specific mile of beach at Ostional to dig their eggs into the black, volcanic sand.

In Costa Rica, tourists can find a lot of different entertainment: rafting, ecotourism, diving, surfing, yoga and of course many beautiful beaches.
