Pulu Kisi Dance is performed during festival of Yenya per lunar calendar generally in September-October by Newa Community of Kilagal tole.
It is believed to be the vehicle or carrier of Lord Indra the King of Heaven.
According to legends Pulu Kisi dances in the streets of old Yein in search of his tied master Lord Indra.
