In one short month, we will come together to remember those lost and affected by the Pulse Night club shooting in Orlando.
I still remember that night hearing all the chaos and sirens, saying oh well its another typical weekend in the city of Orlando. But then the sounds never stopped. It was constant. I rolled over and check my phone and just bursted out in tears. In that moment I felt as if I was fragile glass that was just dropped. How could something so inhumane and heartless happen just blocks away from the house. How could someone be so savage to a community so deeply loved here. Just confusion, heart wrenching pain, that there was nothing we could do. My pain will never be anything close to what the victims and their families felt, as they scrambled for days to find clarity of who was safe, who wasn’t, and why. However, through this tragedy, we have all stood up in support for them! ORLANDO STRONG!
As the year memorial fast approaches I urge all of us to remember those lost and their families.
If anyone is going to Lake eola, dr.Philips center, or the area of pulse nightclub to light a candle and give tribute to the 49♡ let’s get together to respectfully give the support and love all the victims and their families deserve!
