Published: Your report near ঢাকা- মাওয়া হাইওয়ে

Today I am happy to receive a mail from Google Maps that one of my important edits has been published on Google Maps which I edited on 5th December 2022 on Google Maps. I gave a post about this on 5th December 2022 in Local Guides Connect under the title “The roundabout on highway N8 has been removed”. Today I saw on google maps that the road is marked on that roundabout.

This amendment was necessary because N8 highway of Bangladesh is currently a widely used and important road. This road was inaugurated on 25 June 2022. Since then many people were confused due to the lack of this correction in Google Maps.

Congrats. But in next time, report it directly on the maps as road drawn incorrectly. I had reported a similiar issue in Chandra circle and the edit was approved within 10 days.
