I have problems with public transport informations at google maps at specific location at Prague.
Exactly - at some stations in Prague (Chodovec, Chodovská tvrz, Mokrá) is missing one of the public transport lines - bus line 203.
I reported it first a our public transport organisation, but they checked it from their side and said, that from their side data are inserted OK, so I have to report it to google. I did it via the give feedback button many weeks ago, but nothing happened. I asked once again our public transport company, but they said that fail is not on their side and said to me that they dont have time to solve it any more.
And question is, what now? I hate to leave things unresolved.
I attached here screenshot where you can see that the line is not shown on a specific station and output from our public transport organisator, where the stations of this line are uploaded to google with the timetable…
Thank you for letting us know. Unfortunately the information related to the public transport are not managed by Lucal Guides, nor directly bby Google Maps.
To mantain the information updated, the data about the public transport are managed directly by the transportation companies, through Google Transit Program: https://maps.google.com/landing/transit/index.html
Of course you can in any case let Google Maps team to know about the issue by sending a feedback on Google Maps
→ I did what you said → contacted public transport company. - They verified data and said that data are OK and that is all they can do. > Bad way
→ I reported problem to google at some stations where I found the problem - nothing changed > Bad way.
Thats why I am asking and what I am trying to resolve → What should be next step to resolve it.
I know that local guides are not able to repair this but that does not mean for me to stop solving it . I beleive that most of problems and situations and even this have some solution. I mean for example someone from google with rights to check where is the problem and repair it.
Hello @SHribek , Bus 203 is showing at two bus stops at Chodovec on Google Maps. The buses stop at different places and not at all stops. Obviously the bus stop you looked at, the bus 203 doesn’t stop there.
Hello, but the station you sent me a link is the other direction. I am local so I know the Prague location and at all stations I mentioned i checked that informations are Not correct. Here at Chodovec should be the bus at both directions.
