In India, government has started Swachh Bharat Mission(Cleanliness Program). Though it is working quite well, but in order to make it more successful, we need to update google map in a way that it should show where the nearest public dustbin is located, so that people will not throw any unwanted items like coke bottle/water bottle/papers/plastic covers etc., on the road side. For this google can talk with government and take the partnership in cleanliness program and government has to install more functional public dustbins in metro cities, cities, local urban bodies(small towns) and villages as well.

If this is a suggestion, you need repositioning that in the ideas section.
Nevertheless, the big garbage bin is a thing of the past in most of the major cities.
Now the corporations are promoting:-

Convert the wet waste into manure.

Door to door collection of dry waste.

Designated collection centres for hazardous and electronic waste.
Can you modify your idea on those lines?
