Most foreign people visiting my town “Loughborough” here in England are mispronouncing this as “Loogabarooga” which is funny because this pronunciation has become a local festival every year. Loughborough is also known as The Sports University Town where Olympians rises in the event. Loughborough University is one of the biggest University in England. It also have a traditional local Market in the town Market place where local do their weekly shoppings. The Saturday market is known for its diverse and variety of cheap quality foods, clothing, butchers and fresh seafoods. Loughborough also have an annual Fun Fair every November of the year. It also got The Great Central Steam Railway in which few Hollywood blockbusters have used it in their film. It has National railway station that you can be in London in hour time or so. Nightlife in town is very busy specifically Friday and Saturday night. It’s like a City Centre instead of Town Centre. East Midlands Airport is just 25 minutes from the local buses and 13 mins drive from a car or taxi. It also got Theatre in the Town Hall where stage play is taking place. #localguide #connectinglocal
