I enjoy going out to eat at new establishments as much as the next person. But in today’s economy, large corporate chains often squeeze the little mom-and-pop, locally owned restaurants out of business. I feel like its partly my duty to help the little guys out by using my photography and way with words to give those smaller businesses a boost… No matter how small.
