I was checking my profile from an iPhone and found that my profile contains the new design of the level badge but when I looked from my Android phone, I found out that there was no change yet can anyone please guide me on this

changes of layout or behavior of the Maps App are usually not implemented at once for everybody. Specially when comparing different platforms, such as iPhone and Android, I would not be surprised to see differences, even for the same user.
But even using the platform, different users may see a different user interface. For example, see this discussion: Another UI Change? and others.

I’m on Android, and the change is implemented for me already.
It seems the rollout of new features is sometimes governed by geographical locations.
@TusharSuradkar ji, I can confirm that the screen appears differently on my iPhone compared to the image he shared.
@framesbysumedh, As our friend @WilfriedB mentioned, app updates are usually rolled out in phases. Also, it is often noticed that the appearance may differ between Android and iPhone.
As users, it is always better to keep the app updated to the latest version available on our device.

Yes I keep updating my Google Maps application to its latest version as soon as any update is available
