My contributions page could not be accessed. It displays," This profile is restricted". How to solve this issue.

It probably depends of the roll-out of the new layout (New-Layout-for-Local-Guides-on-Google-Maps ) and to your choice to hide your contributions.
Please try to clear the cache and to update your Google Maps App.
Your contributions has been replaced by two separate pages: Your Profile and Contribute

Try going to Your profile, then Profile Settings and check this setting:
It is close to the bottom of the page.

I tried blocking of my public profile . Still, that did not display the Lock symbol as mentioned by @user_not_found
