Problems with Publishing a 360° Tour on Google map with 3th party programme

I had published a 360° tour with a 3rd party programme, all looks good except some of the links between the panoramas do not exist, all the links were the same when publishing but some are not showing and it’s very annoying I can not contact google about it directly and they send me to post it here and find someone that has a solution, while its a problem from their AI.

So anyone here has a solution? Google maybe?

Thanks.

Hi @Mikachoo

You need to seek help from the third party provider. I noticed some of them are providing pretty good support via Facebook.

Best of luck

I did, they say its a Google AI problem. So there is no answer from google about this.

@Mikachoo

Often it can take several days for the arrows to show up. The best third party services offer tools to republish virtual tours and they have access to the team. I wish I could help you better. From experience it it unlikely Google staff will step in.

Please read this new overview: Questions about Street View? by DeniGu.

Ye, Thank you for answering, but as I guess there is no solution, just to wait Google will be kind with us as usual, and without any service to the persons that add google great service for their business. too bad. So I will wait and hopefully, Google will put the arrows back! I always suggest my clients have an HTML 360° Tour than google, as it’s so unstable, I see more people are complaining about the same things, and no one from Google cares, as from I started this back in 2017, but hey, it’s a great product to sell if it’s working. and it’s google the big boss here.

we will wait, there is no other solution than re-publishing it and discovering another AI bug.

have a good day!

I’m sorry. But you have reached the right conclusions in my opinion.

Google made the decision to provide support only trusted photographers that make a minimum of blue line “real” street view contributions. And left indoor virtual tour makers to get support from the third-party vendors only.

Best of luck
