Problem with missing reviews

Hello,

For several months now, I have had a problem with the fact that my reviews are not visible to others. Even though i have almost 1300 reviews, others can only see 923 and i noticed that even a few have been deleted. I did not receive any notification, I want to continue with reviews, but the desire fades when I see that my work simply disappears. Please, take a look what is going on. I tried to contact support but no answer.

Sorry for your reveiws going private.

This is an on going issue regarding reviews and Google team wrote here in this article , about it not too long ago. It seems its also a general issue as I am also facing the same. Some of my reviews are also marked private.

Please note that it takes a while as there are others on the queue regarding account investigation. Therefore please wait patiently while the team try to resolve the issue regarding your reviews.

That’s said there will be no notification when it’s resolved. Keep checking and fingers crossed your reveiws will be restored of found legitimate.

Unfortunately I’ve been in the same situation for several months. Completed the the Google Form [here] several months ago (Feb 2023), including follow-up form completions just in case the first one didn’t go through properly.

I wouldn’t get your hopes up for a resolve (for your reviews to be made public and shadowing banning removed) - 5 months here and still nothing!

It’s a shame for those local guides like myself who are regularly reviewing each week, with nothing going public at all.

Yo también estoy teniendo los mismos problemas como muchos más LG, yo de momento con un enlace que les mandaré al cabo de unos días se me ha solucionado el problema con mis reseñas y mis fotos se han publicado , les mando el enlace para que prueben a ver si así se le soluciona el problema.

Thank you for the link! I’ve not seen that form before, but have submitted a ticket / request for review nonetheless.

Hopefully my reviews get reinstated soon, and my ongoing reviews are allowed to be made public.
