Problem with local guide

<span;>I am a local guide, For more than 6 months I have been trying many times to register the information and I do exactly the steps correctly, but it is not registered in Google Maps.
<span;>For example: I am trying very hard to complete the Helpfulness option in the Expert Reviewer section, but I can’t… I was asked to write a review with more than 200 characters, but I wrote even more than 500 characters, but it has not been registered after 6 months.
<span;>What is more strange is that instead of completing the Helpfulness section, another section called Reach is completed!! When I post a reviewer with more than 200 characters, it is not registered in the helpfulness section, but as I said, it is registered in the Reach section!! :pensive: :flushed: :flushed: :flushed:

Hi @HadiDkb ,

Thanks for reaching out.

To unlock the Expert Reviewer badge you need to add 5 reviews that are each over 200 characters, review 25 places and reviews to be liked 5 times.

More about badges and what is required to unlock them you may find here.

Please note that I will change the topic of your post to How-tos to keep Connect organized. This is the place where you can ask questions, share tips and feedback about Connect and the Local Guides program.

In the Expert Reviewer section of the Helpfulness option, you asked us to leave 50 comments with more than 200 characters. But every comment I leave with more than 200 characters is added to the Review section instead of being added to the helpfulness section, why?

You can see above that I left 100 useful comments with more than 500 characters, but they were added to the review section and only 6 reviews were added to the useful comment section, why?

please help me please

Hi @HadiDkb

Let me try to help you.

I can confirm from your public profile that you have added 258 reviews and only 63 of them are public.

Google has automatic filters that hide your reviews so only you can see them. This can happen when some of your reviews violate the review guidelines.

Read about typical review guideline violations here.

If you are on a Desktop use this link to Count your hidden contributions. From a mobile device use this link.

If you want to identify which of your reviews are hidden please see this post.

Please use the form called Account investigation for contributions not visible on Google Maps if you believe that some of your contributions have been wrongfully unpublished.

When reviews are hidden they do not count towards your badges. If you are able to make your reviews public your badge statistics will be corrected automatically as a consequence.

Best of luck
Morten
