I am admin of google profile Timebulb in Frankfurt, Germany.
Yesterday I uploadeds 5 photos of it to its profile.
One of them is visibly connected with it, the other four don’t appear in the profile.
Can anyone tell me the reason?
Is there a solution, to connect the images to the profile somehow?

I see six photos uploaded by you on the listing, BTW, due to the content of the photos, I believe that photos like that should be uploaded by the business, not by a Local Guide. Advertising as Local Guide is forbidden by the program, so this is probably the reason why your photos are not visible.
It is very important to keep the roles of Local Guide and Business owner separate, to avoid any conflict of interest.
In addition I see that you uploaded the same photo in two different places. This is not permitted too.
