I can’t upload a photo. it says it’s too long, other times it says it’s too short. How should I upload it so I don’t face this problem?

Hello @Md_Abdul_Shifat-14, I never saw such a message. Can you show us a screenshot? Or do you talk about a video?

Where did you try to upload? Using a browser on the desktop or a mobile Maps app? If the latter, which version? On Android or iPhone?

@Md_Abdul_Shifat-14 This could be due to your internet quality. When you’re failing to upload the photos, were you on mobile network? Try uploading while you’re on WiFi and see if there’s any difference.
