Is there a problem with the account

Hi everyone, I’m having a problem postingtopics and pictures

I cannot modify the file, and there is a difference in the ninth level forum and in the eighth regular file. Who can solve this puzzle? I feel that my account is restricted or hacked. Who can help with that?!

Hi @DALELK

Are you referring to posting photos here in Connect, or in Google maps?

Here in Connect we a limitation in the size of the files, so we need to use an external App to resize the photos if bigger than the 3MB limit. Uploading a photo on Connect? Read these guidelines first will give you more details and some tips.
Checking your profile in Google maps I see that you have been downgraded to level 8. The lost of point can be due to several reasons, but for sure one can be the use of content that is not yours, like in the last photo you posted in Maps. For more details please read: What photos should I share on Google Maps? . Of course you can loose points also for other reasons, including the setting of Google’s My Activity . Please read: How do I delete my answers to questions on Google Maps?

If on My Activity your setting is different from this one here below, your answer are automatically deleted and the points not given.

Make sure you have the latest updated Google Maps.
Make sure that your Web & App Activity is on.
