I have created a new list on maps in a view to use it on my Connect Live 2019 application. Everything looks fine on the Maps app on my phone. But when I am viewing this on a computer only two places are showing my comments regarding these places. Note that there are 8 places on my list and I have commented on each one of them.
I am sharing screenshots from mobile here. As it is a long scrolling screenshot I am attaching 4 parts here.
And now review the list to see how it looks to you and tell me if it is showing all the comments or not. If not then please advise why this is happening and what can I do to fix this. Your kind help will be appreciated.

We’ve had a look on our end and your entire list is visible via computer. Please make sure your operating system is updated, as this might be what is causing issues on your end, thanks.

@AlexaAC Yes, I forgot to update here that a few hours ago I have re-edited the list from the computer. I had to add comments from scratch again. But still, it is weird that comments were not shown when I added from mobile. And another problem is on mobile app I can select which image to show as a thumbnail of the places but even if I have selected an image a random image is showing on the list for most of the places. I’m sure there must have been some issue with maps otherwise it shouldn’t have happened.
@AlexaAC I also thought this might be a sync issue. But I have created this list more than a week ago. Everything works fine on my apps. But why only the list is not being synced?
Yes, I have selected thumbnail images on my mobile for the list. But they are also not being synced. For example, see this screenshot from my mobile and compare it with the list you can view now.
Please, note that I have also cleared all data of the Maps app before editing this time. Still seems not being synced.
Thanks for creating this great list. Much appreciated, all the temples you have added are very interesting. I only wish I could visit all of them.
You mentioned the list is not being synchronized, but both on mobile and web I can see 8 temples along with some brief description. Did you add more places that are not showing up on the list?
I noticed you also asked about changing the list thumbnail of the list, my personal experience tell me that this functionality does not exist, but feel free to suggest this in the Idea Exchange.

Please refer to my last comment on this post, I have described the issue and why you can now the descriptions.
Regarding the thumbnail, I am not trying to update the thumbnail for the whole list. I am talking about choosing the photo for each place on the list. See the screenshot here.
I’ve created a list of my favorite restaurants in the city I live in and I also added some description about the best dishes to try for each one of them as well as some other suggestions but I just realized that almost all the descriptions I wrote are gone now and it appears as if I never wrote anything at all. Does anyone know if that’s a problem of the app or maybe I did something wrong and that would be why it was erased? Please help!!
To avoid these drawbacks I suggest you write your reviews on a notes app (there are lots of free ones) and then make a copy and paste on the Maps review!

@ADavilaZ This is strange. I have also faced this and reported here. @AlexaAC@GeorgesHR Can you guys take a look into this matter? Seems this has been a problem. I was thinking it was only for me.
Hey guys @GeorgesHR@SaifIS@davidhyno I realized there’s another problem. I updated the descriptions of my list and I thought everything was ok but I noticed that for others it only appears the list without descriptions (only one appears but with the first version of the description).
Does it need a time to update? Anyway it is like 3 days that I updated it.

@ADavilaZ I will say nothing will sync now unless they work on it. In the meantime, the only thing you can do is copy the comments from the mobile app and paste it while on the computer. And this workes fine for me.
Hi all… @Linnea has had the same problem with different features being available on mobile and not desktop (or vice versa) for a while now; there are certain things you can do on mobile but not desktop. She’s more familiar with it so I’ll let her explain what she experienced.
