Sad to note your problem.

Nevertheless, Connect wouldn’t be the right forum unless your query is related to Maps or Connect.

Are you facing a problem with PWA of Connect? However, that’s nothing but a modified web page.

BTW, even if you are trying to sign up to become Maps product expert, still you would need approaching some other appropriate forum. Add to that further, I didn’t face any problem during signup.

I am quite surprised to see that a Google Maps PE write in Connect asking about an issue with PE page

I am also sure you have a contact email, and in any case PE activity is related to the Google Maps Help Community , not to Local Guides Connect.

Please address your issue to them, we have no way to help you from here.
