There is a problem with the map especially in my mobile phone which is that I can not add a place and show the problem like the attached picture please help

@abohayder this is unfortunately not a problem. Google Maps edits are not allowed in some areas/countries. As the message says, not much we can do as this is dependent on Google to make available.

@abohayder in addition to the information from @StephenAbraham that not all Maps features are rolled out to all countries, some countries can have political sanctions on technology that Google have to obey.

This problem only occurs in the phone but in the computer there is no problem I have to add any new place
