I have a small business and am taking photos for virtual tours inside business and putting them on GSV. There are Google stickers “step inside”. Am I allowed to ask a printery to print these stickers so I can put them on the businesses that I upload to Google? Does Google have a template I should use? I have seen there are marketing packages you can order for businesses however, it is not available in Sweden.

Should you be not able to access the new Street View trusted Help Center, please let us know, and we will tag a Street View Moderator for granting the access to your profile.
Regarding your question, the Help Center also contains marketing materials and a news and announcements section.
However, the stickers you are mentioned are reserved to the businesses through their Google My Business profile, not yours, as you can read on the GMB help page: Create your business marketing kit
As you mentioned that you are a business, I also want to inform you that participating to the Local Guides Program as a business is against the Local Guides Program Terms and Conditions : “Organizations, brands, and businesses are not eligible for the Program.”
