Temporary suspension of CRB listing of any person, MSMEs and corporate entities whose loan account fall due or is in arrears effective April 1, 2020

Reduction of VAT from 16 to 14 per cent effective April 1, 2020

All ministries and departments to pay Sh13 billion of pending bills within three weeks

KRA expedite payment of Sh10 billion VAT relief within three weeks

Sh1 billion from UHC kitty be appropriated to recruit additional health workers

Voluntary reduction of salaries:
DP and President - 80 per cent
Ministers -30 per cent
PSs-- 20 per cent -
All state and public officers with pre existing medical conditions or aged 50 and above, serving in Job Group F to take leave or work from home.
Order exclude security sector and other essential services -
Lowering of Central Bank Rate to 7.25 per cent giving space to cheaper credit.
