Tallinn is located by the sea! This winter was very stormy and offered really spectacular marine sceneries! Merivälja brakewater is nice place to observe Baltic sea! Visit Estonia! 
PS. To get nice shots try to arrange your visit during golden hour- it starts 1 hour before the sunset!
