Power gain from winter's special ๐Ÿˆ Gooseberry (Amla)

Hellllooo,

Who likes to eat soury food?

Being a foodie I love all types of food, whether it is spicy, sweet, salty or soury. In the soury things the Amlas are my favourite things.

We consume many ways like pickeling, jam or as dry fruit.

I like it marinated in salt and turmeric and dried in sun for few days and consumed it as mouthfreshner.

Its rich in vitamic C and Calcium.

Also helps in weight reduce as fat contains 0.6% per. Helps to clense the colon and removes excess toxins from the body.

Amlas are contained 88% water also good for kidney stone.

Its good for premature hair greying and hair fall.

Usually I use it as pickeled or marinated. But I like to store it in juice form with mixed with turmeric, ginger and mint.

A small amount of Mixed juice of these, during winter keeps you energetic and stronger whole year.

So, consume it and keep yourself and family healthier and happierโ€ฆ!!!
