Potatoes I Egg Plant Chutney I Perfect Platter

Potatoes:

Heat Oil I Once heated add cumin seeds I after 2-3 minutes add potatoes I cover it for 5 minutes I add some garlic & green chillies “I always prefer pounded one” I add 50ml approx water and cover it with a lid I cook it till the it is dry “approx 10minutes in low flame”

Egg Plant Chutney I Baigan Chutney
Roast one egg plant I pound some green chillies & garlic I roast one :tomato: tomato I grate one onion
Method;
Once garlic and green chilli is pounded I add roasted egg plant and pound it I add roasted tomatoes :tomato: and pound it again I the last add the grated onion & pound it I it’s ready to be served
