You had very different lives during the corona process. We were prevented from going out, discovering new places, new tastes. I tried to make different flavors during this time. It was an experiment I made with potatoes. I wrapped the potatoes in foil on a small fire stove on the balcony. I made this with mayonnaise, sausage and a few seasonings. It was really delicious. Everyone on Instagram asked for the recipe. That’s how life is when some hard times create beautiful works☺️

Those baked potatoes look good! A lot of us tried different cooking and flavors during COVID. My wife tried a bunch of new recipes with the crock pot, and now many of them are our new family favorites.
