Hi everyone, I with a heavy heart announcing that the April 18th world wide photowalk #36walk is cancelled due to the danger of forming groups in the Covid-19 pandemic environment. I agonised over this decision but I simply can’t put people in danger through being together in a group.

Our state government is still allowing us to rove around outside like big kids so I intend to do a solo #36walk and gather some new images for Maps and if it is safe in your area to do so please feel free to go ahead and I look forward to what you come up with. Make a photo album on your favourite sharing site and share your favourite image from the walk and add a link link here on Connnect with #mysolo36walk in the title in the photography topic. I look forward to what you come up with.

@PaulPavlinovich Yes Paul I can still remember that old days and film cameras that we used to take pictures. I had a very basic camera and I was exited to see the developed pictures each time. I know that how the value of a click at that time. Only 36 or 24 per reel.

I really want to participate global event and soon I will post a meetup here somewhere in Sri Lanka and share the link here. Count me. I’m in.

It’s a great idea indeed @PaulPavlinovich . Though it’s new to me, but I want to participate and will try to host a meet-up on that day. I will revert with an update after studying some recaps. Thanks for this nice idea.
