I’d really love if Google actually cared about small businesses in Sydney I’ve had 5 businesses now of Commercial cleaning services who can’t get postcards and are losing clients, looking like Google will be losing some clients to spite.

Are you making Maps changes on behalf of other businesses as some kind of service or are these for your own business?
If the businesses are yours then the best place for you to ask for help or suggestions about GMB is on their dedicated help community https://support.google.com/business/

Thanks for your patience, as it may take longer than usual to connect with us.”.
