Local Guides is a voluntary program with no financial reward. However, once a while, there could be small perks provided to help motivate contributors. Sometimes perks could be announced in LG Connect, so stay active here. And sometimes announced through email.
To set email notification for perks, contributions, product updates etc, head to https://maps.google.com/localguides/home/settings
As far as I can tell, there isn’t an active perk for Indonesia at the moment, but you can monitor your notification email when any comes in.
And you can have a look at this post also which many of the current/previous perks, you can check the details under each link and note the expiry/end date of each

And, there are always Local Guides achievement badges to be obtained and unlocked.

Menambahkan dari apa yang telah dijelaskan oleh @StephenAbraham perlu diingat bahwa program Connect ini bukanlah tempat yang berfokus untuk mendapatkan rewards atau perks.
Connect adalah tempat diskusi untuk Local Guides - komunitas global para member Google Maps yang suka berkontribusi agar informasi Google Maps lebih akurat dan dapat membantu orang lain.
Perks atau rewards memang ditawarkan dari waktu ke waktu. Pastikan pada preferensi email kamu mengaktifkan email perks dengan mengunjungi Local Guides home.
