How can I post a comment on a review?

Hello @Mohan_Singh

At present, a local guide can’t post a comment on a review.
However, the owner can do so for claimed places.
But, if you find any review objectionable, you can flag that.

Nevertheless, if this is a new requirement, you can create a suggestion in the idea exchange.

Hello@C-T ,there are two options in private statics one is Review post and second is comment posted of a review…?

Those statistics are not in use on Connect. Connect is based on some standard software and not all possible features are used here. You can not post reviews and comments on reviews here on Connect.

They ought to be removed from the list of statistics to prevent confusion like what your just experienced. There are other irrelevant data on that list while others are missing. These problems seems too small for the team to care enough to get them fixed.

Ideas to improve this have been posted to no avail.

A user can’t reply to another users review only the owner of the place (if verified listing) can reply of a review.
