Yes, it’s not easy but we can grill whole chicken in Gas Stove. I keep the chicken 24 hrs with spicy Masalas, then I grilled it with low flame in Cooking Gas Stove.
Hello @KARAKKAM ,
Thank you for sharing your photo. You can write the recipe here so that other Local Guides can learn some new tricks from you. How long did it take you to prepare it?
Here’s a nice post that I think you will like reading The best photography tips for taking pictures of food.
Can’t believe that you have used Gas stove instead of designed grill. Really your dish looks lip smacking. Such a beautiful plating and colour combinations. Very Beautiful Picture @KARAKKAM . Can’t wait to try this.
Can you please share some more pictures and the Recipe too ?
Thanks @VinayKrishna @MoniDi
In this Lock down, we are completely locked, so not able to go out side for grilling, but I dont have a setup in roo too. So, simply I made it with Gas and a fish grill:)
@VinayKrishna As you requested attached few steps…

Thanks @KARAKKAM for pictures. No doubt, It’s Amazing
@KARAKKAM interesting and looks yummy
In Cambodia, some parts they use the jar to grill the chicken!
Actually it was on lock-down time, i dont have any other option to grill :), So I did it with available items.
any how thanks @Sophia_Cambodia , it was yummy & tasty. I will try yourCambodian grill when I visit
@KARAKKAM well, understood. I don’t know how too but I saw it is so popular by the restaurant and street venders with grilling the chicken and duck in the jar. You can try at that at West Baray of Siem Reap.
