Thanks for letting us know! While the procedure you previously followed to edit the name of the place is correct, I will forward this issue to the relevant team in order to further investigate and take the necessary actions.
I also wanted to let you know that I just relocated your post in the How-tos section, which is the most appropriate board for this kind of content. To know more about the forum, you can also read Your guide to Connect.
@DarinRM Google uses variety of ways to approve location edits. Unfortunately, it looks like someone that’s considered “trusted” was using the privilege to do some mischief. All we can do in this case is to report the problem, hoping that this will trigger the system for these kind of editing in the future.
@MortenCopenhagen I think either way works, since technically you’re still reporting an error. Whether reporting thought the actual Maps link will be more impactful, I’m not sure.
But yes I have to admit when I made the screenshot I failed to realize it was a 360 link.
I am also a Google trusted, I have fixed thru the maps app in the past, when going thru my 360* maps images ( I have since moved to Tennessee ) my concern being that I have fixed it, and it has become unfixed, so after I sent the correction thru again, update after review. So I came here for help, just checked, still sophomoric porno name.
would somebody please fix this?
thank you all in advance, sorry for posting to the wrong spot!
