A sweet street snack Some time on streets I saw this interesting sweet crispy snack I always surprised how they make so crispy and tasty snack and most important its shape attracts me price is very nominal every one can afford it easily

What is it made of? Are there any nuts or raisins in it? Is there a special occasion for having this snack?

Shemai looks Saltish noodles type and poora is sweet and made of flour and fry in oil and keep safe for many days @MukulR

Shemai is made with milk, sugar, and nuts. It is sweet, not saltish @Muhammad_Usman If you fry shemai in oil with sugar it also looks like Poora. But I not sure whether shemai and poora are the same thing.!!

it is made of flour and sugar fry in oil , No there dont use any nuts or raisins in it,No there are not any special occasion for having this snack its street snack no body make it in house.
