I am the most fortunate in whole wide world, for real. even though i might not have those things which defines one fortunate enough in the society.
briefly saying, at one point in my life all i was doing qas just wasting my time on things which didn’t worth it. tried to get out of it through anything possible but it looke like impossible. I was slowly falling into that dark hole which was impossible to get out. grades were shit, mental health was at its worst stage.
then i met some strangers at the lowest peak of my life but their company pulled me outta that hole of depression and effed up mental health. Being around positive people changed me as a person, and i am still going through changes. it made me realize where i was legging, what ertr my mistakes. all i got from them was unconditional love, call it my friends or my mentors. why i’m most fortunate? because i have best people around me, and their positive energy.
In today’s era, it’s so difficult to get such good friends who stands with you no matter in any condition. my mentors guided me how to live a better life and to be a good person every single day.
one of them life changing moment was an international youth assembly which was called as ‘Atmiya Yuva Mahotsav-2020’. it was organized on 2 to 5 january of 2020 this year. around 6-7 lac people gathered from all around the world and from india. they all stayed on the site of the event for 4 days, ate under one roof, slept under one roof! just imagine preparing food for 6-7 lacs of people at once! and fun fact, all the food and facilities were free of cost. not a single penny was charged from anyone who witnessed the biggest event of mankind. all that matter was geting and spreading love to each other.
the sole purpose of that event was to make sure that today’s youth don’t get misguided to any wrong way. if you see around yourself, most of the teens either gets some addictions or something else and waste their precious time of their lives. but this event was about to know the purpose of life and everyone should serve their parents and nation well by being a better human, by studying good and making good career and to know why spirituality plays equal role in one’s life even if you believe or not. another fun facts was that among all of them 6-7 lac people, not a single person was having any kind of addiction. its hard to believe, i know but it was true.
all i have witnessed was getting love and helping each other out, i have never seen anything loke this and getting love from every single person! we didn’t know each other but all we knew was we all were good friends, and that is what touched me and that love will stay in my heart forever.
and and and, i got the chance to play one of the lead roles in opening ceremony of the event.
