Hi,
I’ve been adding thousands of photos to places in the last month but my points aren’t being reflected.
Each time I add, the counter tells me how many points are going to be added, but when I check the balance of points later, sometimes a week later, the points have still not been added.
Furthermore, the other counts are incorrect on my account. E.g the number of successful edits is different to the actual number of edits which are on my list.

With this and I’ve tried everything that was suggested.
I’ve checked desktop and phone. I’m using a Samsung galaxy S9 on Android, I find a lot of bugs and that maps crashes on me 20-30 times a day when I’m contributing which is also quite annoying!
Based in London but travelling all over the world hence number of contributions
Grateful for any help as I should have easily reached level 10 this week with number of adds I’ve done but still thousands of points short
In these screenshots, between each one taken I had added at least 20 photos and the views counter had not reflected this and the views number has been stagnant and the same number several days in a row

Hi @MagicMoMo if you contribute a lot of photos to a place it is highly likely that some/most of them will be marked private. The idea is to contribute only a few images to each place unless they are very big or public attractions like a zoo or museum which would warrant more photos.
Regularly contributing large numbers is likely to trigger anti spam protection. If the images are alike (e.g. take image, take a step, take image, take step, take image) then they are also likely to be marked private.
For the edits the only issue I know of is if you are trying to contribute an edit within a place (e.g. a shopping centre) such as a new shop but he shopping centre itself is managed via GMB or through a partnership. These edits show they will give you X points but they simply vanish with no email or entry within your edits list under contributions.

Thanks @PaulPavlinovich apologies in delay responding, I’ve been busy getting more reviews up and getting my local connect application in after the system crashed on me a few times.
My maps frequently crashes despite updating the maps app (Android Samsung galaxy S9) so it is taking a lot longer and having to redo reviews that aren’t saved.
May I ask if you have any tips on how I can find places that need their first photo, contributing further edits and adding new places. I do this ad-hoc when I come across something, but if there is a local area that needs some attention, I can look at it.
