I noticed that if I add a new place and it got approved, it doesn’t add to my points, It seems they don’t give me points if i ad new place, even after days of waiting maybe it will be added, still I don’t see it adding. Is it normal or am doing something wrong ?

As per this official page “Please note your points and level can take up to 24 hours to update. Points do not expire, though they may decrease if content is removed for violating our policies. Remain an active contributor on Google Maps to be eligible for perks and early access to new features.”
Even after 24 hours it doesn’t add up
Hi @Isaac20 as @deepakjhic said, it can even take longer than that sometimes, and your points wont be stolen, they will show up when the system has updated, just be patient. Thanks.
