Points disappearing multiple times

Hello Local guides,

From the past couple of months, I am experiencing a decrease in the points. For example, I have answered questions that Maps suggests for the places visited. For that, I got the answer points (+1), and I see the points reflected. However, after few days, when I visit back the profile, I see the points count for the answers were not reflected.

I can understand that if I edit any place, points will be given after approval. But for answering questions, I am not understanding why the points were rolling back for the answered questions. Can someone share your views on this? Much appreciated.

Hi @KotiAnekallu

Is Auto-delete set to OFF in your settings found here? If not, please change it to OFF.

Thanks for your reply. I can confirm that Auto-delete is turned on for me for every 3 months, and now I’ve turned it off. Hoping this would resolve my issue. Have a good day!
