I’ve noticed that my points have not updated at all for over 3+ months, and neither have my badges. My Novice Reviewer badge is been stuck at 3 reviews with 200+ characters, when I have at least 10 long reviews. Has anyone experienced something similar?

Welcome to connect and well-done for all your contributions. I haven’t this kind of problems and don’t know of there are others experiencing this kind of problems.

Looks like the court in the database of the badges didn’t updated the court of the long reviews.
Let’s try to request an update of the data:
- Make sure to have the latest version of the App installed. If not, please update your App
- Clear cookies and cache
- Logout from the app
- Login again
This should generate a request of fresh data.
If it doesn’t work, try to uninstall the app and install it again.
Sometimes a glitch or a flag can block the update, so a start from fresh may help.
If it doesn’t work, please let us know the version of App and operating system, and the model of the device you are using.
