Hello @gkpai
The points for uploading a photo get updated within five to ten minutes.
What you are indicating is the count of photos on a badge.
That may take up to a week, and even longer than that sometimes.
The different servers storing that information need to synchronize.
If that doesn’t happen for a longer duration, you can point out once again.

@gkpai , as far as I can see from your profile, the photos were uploaded on the last three days. While the points are updated quickly, the trailblazer badge need a bit longer to update. Let say at least five days. In any case, in this moment I can see that the count is “4 first photos” , so my feeling is that the count is correct already.
Can you please confirm?
