I am very upset, was writing reviews and it said I needed 3 more reviews to get to be a level 8 local guide. Instead of me leveling up, It went down almost 10,000 points and I see no reason for my points to have gone down. I’m so upset and there isn’t any support available for us here directly from Google. It is quite disappointing when I’ve worked so hard to get there. Infuriating! If someone knows what I can do to get those points back, please help!

Help me. I have a new phone and have lost all my points
I see no reason for my points disappearing though. Never used bad language or anything just good and honest reviews.
