There is no label to close or duplicate and I do not know how to remove it.

12 other places are listed as located inside this place. So I doubt it should be removed.
If you are sure, please seek help with this in the Maps support forum.
Hit the Community tab at the top and make a post. You will need to attach credible documtation and specify what you think should happen to all the places currently located inside the terminal.
