Please help. My account has been suspended. No response on twitter or Facebook

I really hope someone can help. I have a level 7 account with over 13k points and years of contributions with millions of views. For no apparent reason my account has been suspended…I have contacted you on twitter for a week solid with no response… Also Facebook but it directs here. I even tried Google+. I had no choice but to use my girlfriend’s account to post here. Please don’t chastise me as I can find no other way to contact you… I can provide all my info. Attached is my contributions. I’m really upset this has happened as I value greatly the maps community.

Please remember that, who is banned, through the account, is the person that is managing it, as the account is not acting indipendently of you.

  • Bookmark this link, and follow the instruction in there to know how to contact the Local Guides Team: Why was I removed from the Local Guides program?

  • Close this account now. Having two account is against the Program Rules, so your other account will not be verified while this account still open. Many people say “I will close the second account when the first one will be restored”. The only result that they will have, in this way, is to have also the second account banned.

Thank you but I have been contacting local guides as outlined in your post for a week solid and no one is acknowledging me I have tried to follow the correct procedure but please understand how disheartening it is after years of contributions to be ignored. This was my last option to get some help. Please can Google do right by me here?

Is anyone going to help? This is a terrible way to treat decade long loyal customers and I do pay for Google services
