PLEASE HELP! Halos in 360 photos!

Hi everyone,

First time poster here. I am a Google Trusted Photographer and was hired recently to do a dental office in my city. This morning, I went there to do the shoot and encountered a very annoying effect in the shots. The attached photo shows what I am talking about directly. My best guess is that the lighting is causing this effect as we did turn off the lights and shot it just fine. Now the question is, how do I shoot it without it doing this?

Any help would be kindly appreciated.
