This dropped pin point in the google map screenshot is called Deurali locally (location- 6HV5+WW Samdu ). It’s a landmark and a place to worship. I tried more than ten times to add this place but Google Maps responds NOT APPLIED. I want this place to be added to help trekkers to reach around destination in right track. Please help me with this.

everyone of us know the frustration of a “not applied” edit but, every edit need to be verified, and sometime there are simply not enough information to confirm your edit.

In addition, from time to time, your edits may not be applied as Google reserve the right to disable user generated contributions for individual business profiles and business categories to prevent abuse.
Religious temple is one of the categories that in the past was most involved in abuse, is several areas of the world, and this can explain the rejection.
What you can try, for helping the team, is to “send a feedback”, that you will find scrolling down your menu on Google Maps, to explain what you are trying to add and why
