I have done some edits n my hometown as the roads are misaligned due to map update, I have corrected most of them. I have also added new roads and deleted some. If road mappers can check or approve or draw the edited roads then be my guest and help me. The edits are in pending and there are a lots of edits. I am some times frustrated just by seeing the small imperfections.

You’ve posted under Road Mapper @Pration_Paudel , but I suspect you are asking about edits done on the Google Maps desktop road editor. Please note that road edits are not reviewed or approved by your fellow Connect members on here. Road Mapper edits are approved or rejected within about 2 days, but you have no control over what you get to draw. Live map editing can be approved within a few days to a few weeks. The rejected ones won’t be notified until 90 days, then you can try again.

Don’t give up. Keep on doing what you’re doing now.

Hi @Pration_Paudel

Road edits are verified by Google Maps according to priorities. New roads in a high density area are considered a top priority, while fixing of the shape is considered at very low priority. This may end in a rejection of the edit after 90 days (the time limit for Google Maps to make a decision on Road Edits), not because the edit is wrong, but simply because they weren’t able to check it.

I see that in the position shared by you you only edited the shapes and removed roads. This will put your edit in an extremely low priority, with no possibility of being approved, because a small error in shape is not affecting the navigation. Also too complex edits will not be considered by the AI as “Acceptable”

If you need some tip about adding road you can read 3000+, and counting. My tips for adding roads in Google Maps . Following that tips I have now more than 58 thousand road approved.

Like @tony_b said, this post is not related to Road Mapper. For this reason I am tagging @MoniDi to move it on How Tos, where we ask for help to the Community.

What are Connect topics? will help you to understand what are the topics of the community.
