Could you please tell us what is this exactly? Is it a traditional dish? It looks like stew with steamed dumpling. Is the dumpling filled with something? It reminds me for a sweet version with poppy and vanilla cream. It’s very popular in Austria, so if I go there I always eat it.

it is a traditional Ivorian dish made from plantain banana cooked in water then mix to give this paste. The sauce is made with a mixture of eggplant, tomatoes, chilli, onion, seasoning cube and beef.
